A 20% deposit is required to book non bridal appointments. Deposits are paid via invoice and must be paid first in order to confirm an appointment. Once deposit is received appointment is confirmed.
Deposits are required to reserve your preferred time slots so that if another client requests your same time, it is unavailable to them which could result in multiple clients turned away. Deposits are required in the event of a cancellation or a no show. Unpaid deposits result in automatic cancelation of appointment.
As a courtesy to your makeup artist, we ask cancellations be made within 24 hrs. of scheduled appointment. Deposits are non refundable even with cancellation, however, we can credit you for a future rescheduled appointment within 90 days of original appointment date.
Makeup appointments require your entire booked time slot to ensure you have the cleanest and best application you desire. Please arrive on time to not rush through your application. If you are going to be late please call to notify. Because appointments may be back to back, artist reserves the right to cancel appointment past the 15 minute grace period. Please arrive on time to avoid cancellation!
